Hello, my name is John Gorman, and I am a dedicated specialist in the service and repair of Husqvarna Robotic lawnmowers. Since entering the industry in March 2021, I have established a strong reputation for excellence and reliability. With experience in installing over 500 new Husqvarna Robotic lawnmowers and servicing or repairing more than 1,000, I take pride in maintaining the highest standards in every aspect of my work.

My primary goal is to minimize downtime for my customers, ensuring their Automower is back in optimal condition as quickly as possible.

John installed my automower back in 2022. He was very helpful when it came to the install, just really easy to deal with and very obliging on site when it came to locating the charging dock and the boundary wire. I contacted John about 2 years later about an issue I had with the machine not entering the charging dock. He came to site to investigate and when he figured out what might be the problem, took it offsite for repairs. He kept me informed on what was happening and he was able to get the repair covered under the husqvarna warranty which was great as it would have cost a lot if it wasn’t. When he came back with the mower, I asked him to reallign the boundary wire in places to get more cutting area, and again was very obliging and helpful in doing so. Thanks John for all your help.

The Best Time For A Service Is Before Winter Storage!

There is 2 years warranty from the date of purchase and registration on your Robotic mower and your charging station.

Regular cleaning is recommended, at the very lest once a month.

Always shutdown your mower before cleaning.  Do not use water/power hose/ garden hose. I recommend a brush similar to one for dishes, pots & pans. A damp cloth and a pair of gloves.

this does not affect the mower, it just drives over it and cuts like normal, always wear gloves when cleaning your Automower.

Apples, branches and leaves will always be present at some point, the Endurance blades are strong and they are less likely to break when they hit things in the lawn. Be vigilant and try to pick up the few bits from the lawn before your mower is due to commence cutting. IT IS OK IF YOU DON’T, the mower will stop if it is stuck or if there is a blockage.

Yes you can always reroute and make changes to your boundary wire. You can do this yourself with a spade and extra cable and joiners OR arrange for a call out and we can lay the cable for you using our specialized cable laying machine.

The end of the season is the best time to get your mower serviced. This way your mower and charger are cleaned, serviced, ready and primed for next years cutting season. You can put the mower and charger away safely in the shed for winter storge. You should NEVER leave your mower sitting covered in grass for a long period of time as the moisture in the grass and muck on the mower will seep in past seals and can damage internal circuit boards.
