Pin Recovery
If you can’t remember your pin and get blocked out. No problem. Just bring your Automower to our repair shop and we can recovery your pin.
Collision fault
mower stopping, won’t cut. Collision message on screen and app notifications; cause, sensors gone faulty needs replacing
Lifted fault
mower stops, won’t cut, lifted fault on screen and app. Sensor faulty, needs replacing
Cutting motor blocked
check for foreign objects caught around the cutting disc, are the disc and blades free to turn by hand. Bearings may be seized in the cutting assembly
Cutting motor imbalance

Start up in progress
green light on charger, the loop sensor is gone faulty and needs replacement, bring charger and mower to repair shop.
Dying in lawn.
Battery may be at its end of life and needs replacing. Please bring your Automower to our repair shop.
Going in circles
A wheel may be loose, broken or motor broken.
Mower won't switch on.
The battery may be empty and in need of charging.
First check you have power in the charging unit. There should be a green light. No light means no power. Be sure your socket is working.
Place the mower into the charger and switch on.
If the problem continues please bring your Automower and charger to our repair shop.
